Hello Lancers:

Hope this message continues to find you safe and healthy! Provided is information on a curb side pick-up and drop off exchange event for student athletes on June 16th and 17th. Please see the attached document for more detailed information.

Curbside Pick-Up: Any personal belongings from lockers, as well as any athletic certificates, awards, and the athletic banquet t-shirt (if you didn't already receive it), will be provided on your team's assigned pick-up day.

Curbside Drop Off: Students who are still in possession of school items (CLC uniforms, athletic gear, equipment, or locker keys, etc.) should bring all items in a PAPER or PLASTIC BAG and label it with your name and sport. Please bring the items on your assigned day between 10:00am and 2:00pm You will park in Lot #7 directly in front of the P.E. Center and there will be posted signage directing you to parking stalls where you will exchange the items. Once parked, please call 847.543.2592, and someone will come to your vehicle.

Please Note: If we do not receive these items at the pick-up and drop off event, you will have until June 26th to mail the items to the school. If the items are not received by June 26th, a hold will be placed on your student account and appropriate fees will be applied. Should you not be able to attend the pick-up and drop off exchange, please contact Maureen Galazkiewicz at mgalazkiewicz@clcillinois.edu if you need to mail your items or make other arrangements.

Event Details: /d/CLC_Athletics_Pickup-Drop_Off_Exchange.pdf The attached document includes dates, times, and a map for vehicles to follow on campus for the event. We ask that our student athletes plan for their assigned date between 10:00am and 2:00pm to pick-up and return items to the school. The building will not be open for students to access on these two dates. We will clean out lockers and have those items labeled and included in the curbside pick up process. It is also important that students remain in their vehicles and do not exit to protect staff working the event and those picking up and dropping off items.
