Kevin Talbot enters his 8th season as the Head Coach of the Lancer's Women's Soccer program. In 2024, the Lancers won the Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference Championship, their first since 2019.  In 2022, 2023, and 2024, the Lancers made it to the semi-finals of the Region IV tournament. In 2020-21, Coach Talbot let the Lancers to the first ever NJCAA Division 2 National Tournament where they went 1-1 and knocked off the 3rd seed in the tournament. In 2019, Coach Talbot led the Lancers to a 12-3 record, winning the Skyway Collegiate Conference and the Region IV Championship. Subsequently, Coach Talbot was also named the NJCAA Region IV Division I Coach of The Year.  Coach Talbot was named the Skyway Conference Coach of the Year in 2019 and 2024. Coach Talbot has over 20 years of coaching experience in the Chicago area. He is currently a staff coach with Chicago FC United. Coach Talbot has also been coaching with the Illinois Olympic Developmental Program since 2013. Previously, he was the head boys and girls varsity head coach at Elgin Academy High School from 2014-2017 where, in 2015, he coached the boys to the only soccer regional championship in school history. He was the assistant women's soccer coach at Harper College from 2003-2005.

When he's not coaching, Coach Talbot is an attorney running his own office out of Lake In The Hills, IL. Coach Talbot has a journalism degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his law degree from the William Mitchell College of Law. He holds a "B" license from the United States Soccer Federation and a United Soccer Coaches Premier Diploma and National Youth Diploma.
