Brad Earnest is a dedicated and experienced soccer coach with over 15 years of experience across youth, club, and collegiate levels. Known for his player-centered approach and commitment to building competitive, winning cultures, Brad has a proven track record of success in both team performance and individual development.
Most recently, Brad served as an Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach at Lake Forest College, where he played a pivotal role in leading the program to back-to-back Midwest Conference regular season championships and NCAA Tournament appearances in 2023 and 2024.
Brad launched his coaching career at Zion Benton Township High School, guiding both the boys and girls varsity teams. He then returned to his alma mater, Trinity International University, as an Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for eight years. During his time there, he contributed to all aspects of the program—from training and match preparation to scouting and recruiting—helping establish a strong, competitive identity.
Since 2016, Brad has also served as the Youth Director for Chicago Rush Soccer Club. In this role, he oversees player development and staff management for U8 to U19 teams. He specializes in designing and implementing training programs in alignment with U.S. Soccer’s player development model, and leverages video and data to provide post-match analysis that drives team and individual growth.
As a former collegiate player, Brad was a two-year starter at both Robert Morris College—where he was part of the 2007 USCAA National Championship team—and Trinity International University. His experience as a versatile defender and utility player informs a coaching philosophy grounded in adaptability, tactical awareness, and holistic player development.
Brad holds a U.S. Soccer ‘A Senior’ License, in addition to ‘B’ and ‘C’ Licenses, reflecting his dedication to coaching education and evolving with the modern game.
