Grayslake, IL – The College of Lake County is excited to announce the hiring of Brad Earnest as the new head coach of the Lancers men's soccer program.

"Brad Earnest is a proven leader who understands what it takes to build championship-caliber teams while developing high-character student-athletes," said Bradley Unger, Director of Athletics at CLC. "His experience at both the collegiate and club levels, paired with his student-centered approach and commitment to growth, makes him the right person to lead our program forward."

Earnest brings more than 15 years of coaching experience across youth, club, and collegiate soccer. Most recently, he served as Assistant Men's Soccer Coach at Lake Forest College, helping the Foresters to back-to-back Midwest Conference titles and NCAA Tournament appearances in 2023 and 2024.

Previously, he spent eight years at Trinity International University, his alma mater, where he served as Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator. There, he helped shape a culture of excellence on and off the field. He currently serves as the Youth Director for Chicago Rush Soccer Club, where he's overseen player development and curriculum aligned with U.S. Soccer standards since 2016.
