The College of Lake County (CLC) Men's Tennis Team opened their spring 2022 season with a 9-0 victory over Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC). The Lancers travelled to Milwaukee and played indoors at Marquette University's indoor tennis stadium.
At number one singles sophomore
Houd Azhar won 6-1, 6-0. At number two singles sophomore
Billy Friedman won 6-0, 6-0. At number three singles sophomore
Mason Cohen won 6-0, 6-0. Azhar and Friedman won at number one doubles 6-1, 6-1.
Kim at #2 doubles and
Jack Murrie and Aaron Cohen at #3 doubles.
Last spring the 2021 CLC Men's Tennis Team won the NJCAA Region IV Championship and finished 15th at the NJCAA Men's Tennis National Tournament.
The men's next match is Thursday, March 31, at 1:30 pm at Lakes Community High School versus College of DuPage.
