The College of Lake County is proud to announce that Head Women's Basketball Coach Tanner Morris has been named the Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference Women's Sports Coach of the Year. This prestigious honor recognizes Coach Morris's outstanding leadership and the historic success of the Lancers during the 2024-25 season.
Under Morris's direction, the Lancers had a record-breaking year:
- 27-7 Overall Record *Most wins in school history
- First Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference Championship in 33 years
- Region 4 Midwest District B Champions
- First-ever appearance in the NJCAA Division II National Tournament
- Finished the season ranked Top 20 Nationally
