College of Lake County Softball is excited to welcome Reagen Radke to the Lancers coaching staff as an assistant coach. A decorated athlete, accomplished coach, international standout and performance specialist, Radke brings a unique combination of playing experience, coaching expertise and athlete development to CLC.
A 2017 graduate of Grayslake Central High School, Radke was a standout local athlete before continuing her playing career at the collegiate level. During her collegiate career, she earned numerous accolades, including All-Conference honors, Newcomer of the Year, Academic All-American recognition and a runner-up finish in the NAIA World Series.
Following her collegiate career, Radke began making her mark on the coaching side, serving as the pitching coach at Indiana Wesleyan University. Her career then took an international turn when she was recruited to continue playing softball overseas.
While competing internationally, Radke established herself as one of the premier players in European softball. In Belgium, she held every major pitching statistical record, led the country in home runs and captured a European Cup Gold Medal. Her international experience extended beyond playing, as she also served as the pitching coach for the Belgian National Team, working with athletes from a wide range of backgrounds, skill levels and experiences.
Beyond the diamond, Radke brings an extensive background in strength, conditioning, performance and athlete development. She has worked as a personal trainer for more than seven years, with an emphasis on athletic development and injury prevention. With a master's degree in psychology and a specialty in performance coaching, Radke takes a holistic approach to developing athletes, combining physical preparation with mental performance training to help athletes build confidence, resilience and belief in themselves.
Her passion is centered on helping young athletes become stronger, more confident and more empowered both on the field and in their everyday lives.
In 2024, Radke's accomplishments were recognized when she was inducted into the Grayslake Central High School Hall of Fame, honoring her outstanding athletic and coaching career.

From Grayslake Central to the international stage, Radke has built a career defined by excellence, leadership and a commitment to helping athletes become their best. CLC Softball is excited to have her bring that experience, energy and passion to the Lancers.
