A member of the U.S. Under-18 Team that won the gold medal in 2009
Played in six games during the Under-19 Championships, tallying six points Assistant captain of the Mission in 2008 and captain in 2009
As a junior, played in 66 games and scored 44 goals and 33 assists to help her team to an Under-19 National Championship
Had 61 points and aided the Mission to the Under-19 quarterfinals in her sophomore season
Played for Team Illinois girls from 2004-07 and went to the USA Hockey Girls' National Championships all three years

As a member of the U.S. Women’s National Team, has played in four International Ice Hockey Federation Women’s World Championships (gold-2013, 2016, 2017; silver2012) and seven Four Nations Cups (1st-2012, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018; 2nd-2014; 3rd-2013)

Participated in the Under-22 Series vs. Canada in 2012 and 2010

Participated in the 2018 U.S. Women's National Team Evaluation Camp

Represented the U.S. at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games, where Team USA earned a silver medal.

On September 25, 2015, Bozek signed with the Buffalo Beauts of the National Women's Hockey League. Selected to participate in the inaugural NWHL All-Star Game, Bozek won the hardest shot competition. Bozek and the Beauts finished their inaugural season by playing for the inaugural Isobel Cup finals.

On July 31, 2016, Bozek re-signed with Buffalo, on a one-year contract for $22,500, making her the highest-paid player in the history of the Beauts. Playing for Team Kessel, Bozek scored a goal at the 2nd NWHL All-Star Game. Bozek scored a goal in the Isobel Cup Final against the Boston Pride, which the Beauts won by a final score of 3–2, making the Beauts the 2017 Isobel Cup Champions.
