The College of Lake County Women's Basketball team tipped off the 2025-26 season in dominant fashion, rolling past Wilbur Wright 83-28!
The Lancers were electric on both ends of the floor;Â Â Annamaria Luna, Arianna Myers, and Tatijana Ninkovic each poured in 20 points to power the offense. Ninkovic was a force inside, adding 12 rebounds to complete a double-double performance.
CLC owned the glass all night, out-rebounding Wilbur Wright 61-38, and shot an efficient 41% from the field to keep the pressure on from start to finish.
It was an all-around team effort to open the season, and the Lancers are just getting started!
The Lancers will host their annual CLC Women's Basketball Classic next on November 7th and 8th.
