Sophomore forward Ethan Sage has been named 2nd Team All-Skyway Conference.

Sage averaged 20.7 points and 8.8 rebounds per game in his final season at College of Lake County. He led the Lancers in points and rebounds, and was top-three on the team in assists and steals per game.

His average of 20.7 points ranked 23rd nationally in Division II and is 12th overall in field goals made with 212. He reached the 20-point mark 14 times this season, including a career high 30-point game against Moraine Valley on Jan. 17.

Sage also recorded ten double-doubles on the year with points and rebounds, with a career high 18 rebounds on Dec. 20 against Harper.

The Lindenhurst, Ill., native was also named NJCAA Region IV Player of the Week earlier in the season, after averaging 17.5 points and 12 rebounds against Harper and nationally ranked Triton College, who the Lancers will be facing later today.
